The man who took Viagra in Ireland has been jailed for four years.
In September 2014, the defendant, who also worked for the police, pleaded guilty to the crime of unlawfully purchasing Viagra over the internet.
The guilty verdict was announced today at court as part of the ongoing investigation into the illegal purchase of Viagra in Ireland, following the conviction of his brother, Martin, and a trial by the High Court in London.
Judge Ruth Brauer found Martin guilty of one count of purchasing Viagra over the internet, one count of unlawfully purchasing Viagra over the internet and three counts of possession of counterfeit drugs, following his arrest on suspicion of possessing and supplying a controlled substance, and for possession of a counterfeit prescription drug.
Martin was sentenced to five years in prison, with an enhancement of four years to be followed by three years’ imprisonment for his role in the purchase of Viagra.
In his plea agreement, Martin said: ““I buy the pills over the internet as I have done for the last six months.”
“I was not aware of the drugs and prescription drugs which I bought.”
Martin’s sister, Charlotte, admitted to the offences in relation to the purchase of Viagra, including the pills in the case of Viagra.
After she told a judge yesterday that the drug was not her primary concern, Martin was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment for the crime.

The case involves a company called Cialis which claims that it offers the drug to customers in the UK in exchange for a prescription.

Martin was sentenced by Dublin District Court Justice Richard McGrady to three years’ imprisonment for the criminal offence and a three year sentence for the possession of counterfeit drugs.
Martin was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment and ordered to pay €6,000 to the victim’s immediate family to help in the defence of his case.
Martin’s sister Charlotte told the court that she felt that the drug was “very important” to her, and that she “felt that it could be of use” to her family.
The jury heard that in 2014, the defendant purchased the pills at an online pharmacy in the Northern Ireland.
Martin sold the pills for €2.5 million in euros to a customer, who then paid the purchase price of €2,000. The €2,000 was for the purchase of the drug, as a “personal prescription”.
Martin’s sister said that the pill was a prescription for the “personal prescription” and the €2,000 was for the purchase of the medication.
She said: “The pills had been prescribed by a doctor and had been bought for personal use in Ireland for a period of six months.
“The pills were counterfeit and contained no active ingredients.”
